Privacy

Messages you send in the support messenger are shared with Featurebase, our support processor, so our team can read and reply. Do not include passwords, API keys, or student data. See our privacy policy for details.

Use the Help button in the lower right of CodeTeach.app to open our support messenger. You can search articles, review earlier conversations, or send the team a message.

Contact the team

  1. Open the Help messenger and choose Messages or Ask a question.

  2. Describe what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected. Include your assignment title and any error text.

  3. For a deployment or validation problem, include the GitHub repository link if one exists and the assignment's current status.

  4. Send the message. Keep the conversation open in the messenger to see replies.

We monitor support during business days. Response time varies; the messenger's estimate is not a guaranteed service level. Mark a time-sensitive teaching blocker as urgent in your message. Do not send passwords, API keys, or student data.

If you cannot sign in

Check the CodeTeach.app status page. For account access or billing help, email admin@codeteach.ai. This established address remains in use while CodeTeach.app mail is being configured.

Report a bug

Include steps to reproduce it, your browser and operating system, and a screenshot if useful. Explain whether it happens every time. We will reply in the messenger or by email according to your notification settings.
