Reading the post-push validation banner

Understand pending, passed, and failed results from the real GitHub Actions run after deployment, before giving students repositories.

After Deploy publishes the private instructor repository, CodeTeach watches the real GitHub Actions run. Check its banner before creating student repositories.

Pending

GitHub Actions is still running or CodeTeach is waiting for the result. Open the repository Actions tab if it stays pending longer than expected. Do not distribute student repositories yet.

Passed

The real GitHub Actions grading run passed. You can create separate private student repositories from the instructor template, leaving Include all branches unchecked. Keep any solution repository or branch instructor-only.

Failed

Open the linked Actions run and read the failed step. Fix the assignment or use the available guided repair, then recheck the real run before distribution. Tier 2's internal pass proves the generated bundle worked in CodeTeach's replica; this post-push check catches differences on GitHub's hosted runner.

Create student repositories after a pass.
